Workout Wednesday!!!!

After a long day of work for me, and 10 episodes of prison break for Amira, ;), we got our booty’s up and headed to the gym! Today was shoulders/legs and it definitely got the lactic acid flowing!

Warm Up Circuit

A) Un-even Bosu Squat (10 reps), then adding a side kick for the next 10 reps. 20 reps total each side

B) Shoulder Press 15 reps

C) Crunches on the Bosu 15

30 second rest, repeat circuit 2 more times

Circuit #2

A) Kettle Bell Swings 15 reps

B) Body Builders with Bosu 10 reps

C) Lateral Raise 12

30 second rest, repeat circuit 2 more times

Circuit #3

A) Straight Leg Deadlift 12 reps

B) Squat Jumps 10 reps

30 second rest, repeat circuit 2 more times

Circuit #4

A) Upright Row w/ Barbell 15 reps

B) Barbell Lunge (one leg) 8 reps

C) Goodmornings 15 reps

Rest 30 seconds, repeat circuit 2 more times

Now were off to organize Casey’s  room! 🙂
