What we worked out!

Today was a leg blast, and a little bit of cardio! We did all compound exercises meaning each exercise we did used two or more joints through the movement. Also all these round was done with the two exercises done consecutively and then 45 seconds of rest in between each set.

Round 1:

Bosu ball glute bridges: 4 sets of 15 with a 10 lb plate

Smith bar squats: 4 sets of 6 with 70lbs+ 45lb bar

Round 2:

Side lunges: 3 sets of 10 with 20lb dumbell

Side kicks: 3 sets of 10

(high-yah!)

Round 3:

Deatlift: 4 sets of 12 with 30 lb barbell

Calf raises: 4 sets of 12 with 30lb barbells

Cardio:

15 minutes on an incline of 9.0 and a speed of 3.8

5 minutes cool down at incline of 0.0 and speed of 3.0
