Chilli Chile!

Tonight we decided to make something off the top of our heads and see how it turned out….. luckily for us it was delish!

15 minutes chile black bean polenta

Serves two

1/4 cup onions

1 garlic clove

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp chilli garlic sauce

1 tbsp TJ’s chilli pepper sauce

1/2 red and yellow bell pepper

1/2 can tomatoes with chiles

1/2 can black beans

1/4 cup mozzarella

1 tube precook polenta

salt, pepper, and chilli powder to taste

Directions:

– heat up olive oil and saute garlic and onion for 2 minutes

– add polenta and brown 5 minutes on each side

– add chilli powder, chilli garlic sauce, chilli pepper sauce and salt and pepper

– add red bell pepper, black beans, and tomatoes let cook for 3 minutes

– add mozzarella

– cover for 2 minutes

And that’s it! ENJOY!… we did!

 

Then we rounded out the meal with this superfood drink

Now were just patiently waiting for grey’s anatomy and private practice… eeeek! πŸ™‚ have a great night!

      Thank you so much! Casey had never had polenta either and now she loves it! Were so excited you just said Grey’s was good! Now were even more excited!
