Happy Tuesday!

Can you believe it is already November 1st?! We cant! In light of the new month we are going to attempt a new month of goals!

Heres what weve come up with

 

Casey:

1) Consume less sodium

2) To drink at least 13 glasses of water a day

3) Start reading for pleasure every day

4) Attempt to go to the gym early with Amira

5) Exercise outside at least once a week

Amira:

1) Practice yoga at least once a week

2) drink at least 100 oz of water a day

3) Plan a girls night

4) Find a race to enter in

5) Start taking dance classes at least once a week
