Spaghetti Squash how to
Hello hello!
Last night was the first Warriors game of the preseason… and we won! Woohoo! 🙂
Breakfast
Egg tostada
2 egg whites 1 half egg yolk, refried beans, mixed spring mix, tomatoes, salsa verde, feta cheese
How To:
Do you ever see spaghetti squash in the grocery store and think well what they heck am I supposed to do wit this? Well, you can treat it as if it was regular spaghetti and then you add your favorite toppings and you’ll have a delicious lower carbohydrate alternative.
Step 1: attempt chop that sucker in half
Step 2: scoop the seeds out
Step 3: cook for 30 minutes at 450 degrees with the skin up
Step 3: let cool, or use a towel to handle
Step 4: scrape the insides out with a fork
Step 5: add your favorite sauce or spaghetti recipe and enjoy!
